Summary:

She was 17 years-old at DFD, her nude body was found stuck in an underwater drainage tunnel near the mouth of the Ottawa River. Sexually assault is suspected but was not proven, head injuries from many blows from a blunt object which caused unconsciousness and she was alive when placed into the river where she drowned. The head injuries would have been enough to kill her if she didn’t drown first.

Barry was arrested on 2-Jun-02 and charged with First-degree murder. He was found guilty of first-degree murder on 17-Jun-04 and sentenced to 25 years in prison.
