Summary:
She was 30 years-old at DFD, she couldn’t find her
money for the $4.05 fair, so the cabby dropped her off and refused to drive her
home and left her outside on the door step of a home in the cold weather with
only a wind breaker on. He took her winter jacket to insure payment of
the fair and drove away. She was intoxicated and was unable to walk the one
block over to her home. A neighbor found her frozen body the next
day and Johnson, Melvin was arrested and charged with Negligence causing death
