Richard was pled guilty to Accessory to murder and was sentenced to 2 years.

Francis was pled guilty to Manslaughter and was sentenced to 5 years.

Gerald was found guilty of Second-degree murder and sentenced to Life without the eligibility for parole for 14 years.
