He was found guilty of Manslaughter in 25-May-99 and sentence to 7 years in prison. An appeal was granted after he served 14 months on his 7 year term and he was re-tried on the charges of Manslaughter. On 23-Apr-01 he was found guilty and sentenced to 10 years.
