in the South east corner of the Enoch First Nations Reserve. Police believe he
was dumped there on 27-Dec-05 after being shot.
Richard and Jamaine both turned themselves in to authorities on
12-Jan-06 and were charged with Second-degree murder.

Summary:
Lucie was a cab driver in Banff
Alberta when she was physically assaulted by one of her passenger, she was able
to flee the cab but was chased down and stabbed 17 times before the assailant
drove off in her cab. Other cab drives chased the man down before he escaped on
foot.
RCMP collected blood, hair and
DNA from her cab and his profile was known.
Mr. Love was one of many RCMP
questioned about the murder and on December of 1991 he confessed that the knife
found in the cab that was used to kill Lucie was his. After he requested council
RCMP ran down and cleared all other suspects and in May of 1996 he was arrested
and charged with Lucie’s murder.
Mr. Love was convicted of
Second-degree murder in connection with her death 15-Jun-94.

Summary:
He was 12 years-old at DFD, he was a passenger in the car when a
westbound vehicle crossed the centre line and collided with and on coming
vehicle, unsure at this time if Nicole or her cousin Meagan was the driver of
the westbound vehicle, until information is found as to whom the driver was
Nicole will be entered as the driver of the westbound vehicle.
His younger brother Ryan was also killed in the crash along with Nicole
and Meagan whom were in the other vehicle. His mother and sister survived the
accident and were hospitalized with minor
injuries. Road conditions were not a factor in the collision and an
investigation was ordered.
