Summary:
She was 19 years-old at DFD, she was found in a wooded area near the
intersection of Toenshil Rd and Range Rd 224. An autopsy was performed on
14-Jun-04 a concluded that the remains found were that of Quinney, Rachel Liz. The cause of death was not released but
the police are treating as a homicide.
The man that initially reported finding her body, was soon charged in
her death, after being charged in another death earlier.
Svekla, Thomas George was charged with Second-degree murder and indignity
to a human body. His prelim hearing for Rachael’s charges was set for
8-Jan-07.
She was a cousin to Quinney, Christopher who was found murdered on
21-Mar-06.
