and died 3 days later from his injures sustained in a beating with a baseball
bat at his home on 18-Apr-05.
His nephew Marian turned himself into authorities the same night he
died and was charged with Second-degree murder. On 22-Dec-06 he pled guilty to
Manslaughter and was given a 7 year sentence with 3 years credit for time
spent. His sentence was reduced to 4 years 4 months with the credit reduction.
