Summary:
She was 9 years-old at DFD, her mother Misty was
the driver of a Sunfire when it was involved in a high speed head-on-collision
with Raymond whom was driving a stolen Chevy pick up running from the police. Misty
was killed on impact and her daughters: Michelle, Trista
and Larissa were passengers in the car, also died of their injuries. Misty,
Michelle and Trista died instantly and Larissa was rushed to hospital where she
died the next day without regaining curiousness.
Raymond was arrested in hospital where he was receiving treatment for
injuries sustained in the accident and charged with: 4 counts of dangerous
driving causing death, 4 counts of flight from police causing death, possession
of stolen property over $5000, driving with a suspended license. His trail date was set for 15-Feb-06. He pled guilty on 10-Nov-06 and the judge
will pass sentencing after 60 day assessment on 10-Jan-07. Prosecutors are
considering charging him as a dangerous offender if granted Raymond could face
life behind bars with no chance of parole or release.
