Summary:

She was 31 years-old at DFD, she went missing on 6-Aug-06 and the police failed to search for her until 2 days after she was reported missing. They did a poor search for her and refused to investigate a suspect toughly and when her naked body was found near his home the Police told her Mother that DNA evidence collection was only done on TV. They refused to let her Mother identify the body or give her any information on her daughter’s case.

She was 14 months-old at DFD, Paramedics responded to a call to a baby having trouble breathing due to falling down a set of three stairs. She was taken to the hospital were she later died from her injuries. David was arrested shortly after for her injuries received were inconsistent with the story of a fall. His prelim hearing was set for 13-Jan-06. His trail date was set for 4-Oct-06. On 18-Oct-06 he was found guilty of Manslaughter. On 20-Oct-06 he was sentenced to 7 ½ years less time served during pre-trail custody.
