Roseanne and Glenna were later arrested and charged with First-degree murder in connection with her death.

Roseanne was found guilty and sentenced to 25 in prison on 22-Oct-04. Glenna was found guilty to Second-degree murder on 23-Feb-05 and was sentenced to 25 years in prison. Each of them are eligible for parole in 10 years.

Summary:

She was 26 years-old at DFD, she found at the International Hotel on 10334 96 Street in Edmonton, Alberta by the caretaker on 25-Apr-01. The coroner results states she was there for a weeks or so before being discovered. She had been brutally beaten in the head with a blunt object.

Richard was charged and found guilty of second-degree murder. He was sentenced to the max of 25 years to life and is eligible for parole in 10 years.

Niedermier, Barry Thomas is the main suspect in the case. He was arrested in Lethbridge and faces more ten a dozen charges in connection with assaults on seven Vancouver prostitutes from 1995 to 1997. He was sentence to 14 months in jail for being a pimp to a 14 –year-old girl 10 years ago. He is the suspect in 27 missing prostitutes in both Alberta and BC.
